The 8 Holland Street Townhouse sits just above their Bath gallery, embodying everything the brand stand for: a thoughtful mix of pieces that, on paper, shoudn't work together, but somehow do. It's a space where high-end and humble design meet, creating an atmosphere that feels both eclectic and inviting.

When 8 Holland Street asked Dennis to design a guide for guests, we knew a standard “here's the Wifi code” document wouldn't cut it. Instead, we created something more fitting. A playful, irreverent journey though each room of the house, celebrating its quirks and character along the way...
